  • Cobalt Nightclub/30 Degrees Lounge - 1639 R Street NW Washington, D.C. (202) 462-6569. Gay Bar & Club. Drag shows on Mondays. Located in Dupont Circle, the building has a restaurant and a lounge on the ground level and a dance floor upstairs. There are happy hour and nightly drink specials, Monday night Drag Shows, Wednesday Karaoke and a variety of entertainment and events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

The menu features burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. Events include Tuesday Karaoke, Wednesday Trivia and Saturday and Sunday Drag Brunch.

  • Town Danceboutique - 2009 8th Street, NW Washington, D.C. (202) 234-TOWN. Gay Nightclub. Located in the U Street Corridor, this is DC's largest gay dance club. It is a combination of a performance space, a plush lounge, and a high energy dance club. There are two floors, multiple rooms, and a 4000 square foot outdoor patio. There is a nightly cabaret style drag show.
