The South is the home of meat and potatoes. Fried catfish and chicken are our friends here. At times, looking around this Southern state all you see is fish fries, steak houses, and outdoor BBQs. However, there are some great places to eat to vegetarian style!

A gift shop with vegetarian soups, salads, wraps, and sandwiches located in the River Market. One of the best places to get a vegan or gluten-free lunch in the city. They can create custom gift baskets with Arkansas foods and gifts.

Izzy's is famous for their tamales, but they're not a Mexican place. They feature burgers, pasta, pizza and just about everything else. Do try the tamales though. They even have a large variety of vegan and gluten-free offerings.
