Vancouver Christmas Gift Guide 2016

Fun, Fashionable Gifts from Vancouver, BC for the Holidays

Chances are, there are at least a few people on your Christmas or Hanukkah gift list that you have no idea what to get.

Always aiming to help, this Vancouver Holiday Gift Guide has a round-up of my favourite gift ideas this year. These gifts are--generally--Vancouver-themed, since this is a Guide to Vancouver.

Leather Growler Carrier for Your Bike

When I first saw a bike growler carrier--that is, a growler carrier you can attach to your bike--I immediately thought, "That is so Vancouver!"  This is a gift that you can give to anyone over 19. Who, looking at this thing, is not going to think it's either incredibly useful (those who use growlers) or awesome just in its existence (people with a sense of whimsy)?

The pictured bike growler carrier is made in Vancouver by the Union Wood Co. and Postmark Brewing. It's available at the Union Wood Co. website, or you can contact Postmark to see if they have them on-site.

    Where to find it:
    Union Wood Company
    1340 East Pender Street
    Vancouver, BC V5L 1V8

For personal growler carriers, check out local shop Greff Growler.
