Get All Your Holiday Shopping Done at Makers Market
Holiday shopping can be a frustrating experience, especially if your list of who you need to buy for continues to grow. But you can easily get a good portion of shopping out of the way, while supporting local makers and artisans, with a trip to the Makers Market at Evergreen Brick Works, happening in partnership with Etsy. The market is part of Evergreen’s Winter Village and runs from December 10 to 23. Here you’ll find a one-stop-shop for over 60 local vendors on hand with handcrafted holiday décor, unique accessories and original art for everyone on your list. This is a great opportunity to shop handmade gifts and support local artists, crafters, and makers of all kinds. Not to mention, artists will be on hand to help you pick the perfect gift, or answer any questions you might have about what you’re thinking about buying.
In addition to the Makers Market, Evergreen’s Winter Village will include lots of festive fun for the whole family. Grab a snack at the Street Food Market featuring over 15 vendors representing cuisines from around the world, or stop by the Sipping Container for a local craft beer, mulled wine, or seasonal cocktail.
If you need some immediate gifting inspiration, check out some of the talented artisans you can expect to see at Makers Market and some of the items they’ll have on hand. Depending on who you’re shopping for, you can find everything from jewelry and all-natural skincare products, to leather goods, ornaments, and holiday cards.
