With a fluctuating economy, it can often be difficult to keep up with pricey fashion trends. There are plenty of high-end consignment shops located in the Orlando, Florida, area that offers genuine designer label pieces at affordable prices. 

Attire and furnishing from resale stores are generally slightly used or brand new. You will find many great deals on articles of clothing that still have the original price tag on them. Many resale stores offer their customers trade credits and/or cash for clothing or furniture that is in good condition, which is great if you are trying to add new items to your wardrobe or home or just want to pick up some extra cash. Rules for consignment periods, pricing, and what you can expect to earn differ by store, so check the consignment shop's policies before placing an item. Top Drawer Consignments

Top Drawer Consignments in College Park has been providing home furnishings and accessories, as well as women's apparel, at discount prices since 1995. The store prices items from 50 percent to 70 percent below market value.

If you're a seller seeking to leave your items at the store, the store can provide you with a list of brands it accepts for consignment. If one of your items sells for over $100 you receive 50 percent of the sale price and 40 percent if it sells for under $100. The store will display your item for up 60 days, but it will not notify you when your consignment period is finished, so you'll need to keep track. All unsold items must be picked up within seven days.

All The Right Stuff Consignment Furniture

All The Right Stuff is a resale furniture store where you can find model home furniture by brands such as Baker, Henredon, Ethan Allen, and Thomasville. Located at on Edgewater Drive in Northwest Orlando, the store has been in business since 1998.

All The Right Stuff​ provides a platform to resell furniture items you don't have a use for any more over about 5,000 square feet of retail display space. "Regarded as one of the standards in the resale industry, we will be happy to work with you to find a new home for your furnishings," the store notes, adding that it will post most incoming items to its Facebook page as they arrive.

Chic Boutique

This boutique carries a collection of resale woman's apparel, handbags, shoes, sunglasses, and jewelry from various fashion designers. The store also carries top designer fashion brands and offers "Girls Night Out" shopping parties. The shop, which bills itself as an "upscale consignment boutique," is located on Corrine Avenue, near Baldwin Park.

"Whether you’re a fashion-forward trendsetter or a conservative career woman, we promise a shopping experience that is tailored to your individual taste," says the store on its Facebook page. Chic Boutique’s ever-changing inventory features premier designs from Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Chloe, Dolce & Gabbana, Louboutin, David Yurman, Gucci, Dior, Pucci, and numerous other preferred labels.

Dechoes Resale

This store not only carries up-to-date styles but also offers a large variety of vintage clothing choices. The shops carry clothing for both men and women, home decor, and accessories. A few of the brands that can be found at Dechoes Resale are Banana Republic, Anthropologie, J. Crew, Urban Outfitters, Marc Jacobs, Forever 21, Louis Vuitton, and American Apparel.

Dechoes was created by Kerri and Mike Colangelo in 2002 and was soon voted Orlando's best vintage store. Kerri had been selling designer goods online and was soon selling 100 to 200 hundred items a week. At that point, she decided it was time to open a brick-and-mortar location. If you are interested in selling some of your wardrobe collection, make an appointment to have a staff member appraise your items.
