The Best Steakhouse In Las Vegas

Dry Aged , Wet Aged, Prime, You Name It, Vegas Does Steak Very Well

There was a time when having steak in Las Vegas was a curse because you would be forced to sit in an old musky booth with your parents as they forced you to eat vegetables and a burger off of the kid's menu. These days, my idea of a perfect meal in Las Vegas usually revolves around a full-bodied bottle of red wine and a huge piece of beef with a slight tinge of pink right in the center. The old steakhouse concept is gone and these are some of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas.

With the ever-changing Las Vegas dining scene, there are always additions to those places I consider my favorites. These are just a sampling of the options on the Las Vegas strip. I could add, Old Homestead Steakhouse at Caesars Palace and Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas and  I didn't even mention CUT, Tender, Prime or N9NE as well as plenty of other fabulous places to have steak in Las Vegas. Have at it, get your beef on the strip.

It's not fair to anyone to include Carnevino in this list of steakhouses for the simple reason that it is in a league of its own. Carnevino will reset your palate. It will make you think that all beef is bad if it is not from Carnevino. I can't argue with them because they are doing it right. Carnevino is among the best steakhouses in Las Vegas because they have an impressive beef program and they have some very talented people in the kitchen. The service is what you would expect from a fine dining spot anywhere in the world with a little of the Las Vegas comfortable/casual atmosphere.

You'll notice the line outside before anything. There will be a group of tourist wanting a picture of the giant Gordon Ramsay Steak sign. The pretty people up front will be happy to check on your reservation and they'll also delight in telling you that if you don't have one you can always go inside and attempt a meal at the bar or the lounge.

Cocktails and beef. I really do not need much else until you introduce me to the DJ in the room and the server who is charming and funny and has a sexy swagger. Before you know it I'm considering lounging at STK all night and wondering just how many drinks I can fit in at the bar before I have to head to a club. This is a sexy steakhouse and steak in Vegas never felt so naughty.

There is no reason you should have a bad steak in Las Vegas. Michael Mina is making that a possibility by infusing the dining scene with technology. Strip Steak features two wood-burning grills and six circulating, slow-poaching chambers that enable your steak to arrive at your table after a journey that has given your meal some intense flavor.

Emeril doing beef is enough for me to show up but once again an impressive wine list makes this a great choice for a steak dinner. This is a very comfortable place and you might end up opening two bottles with your beef.

It's what it would be like in a Utopian society. Award-winning wine list and beef that is so flavorful that you could have it for dessert. Yes, it is expensive but this is one of the very few times it's worth the money.
