    San Antonio's Six Flags Fiesta Texas has been one of Texas' top attractions since its inception. This massive theme park offers the only "floorless" roller coaster in the southwest, plus over 100 rides - including Tony Hawk's Big spin, shows, a waterpark and more.

    Located in Corpus Christi on the middle of the Texas coast, the Texas State Aquarium attracts over 500,000 visitors each year (and educates over 60,000 children each year through a variety of educational camps and programs).     One of the top waterparks in the country, South Padre Island's Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark is located right on the beach and offers a wide variety of waterslides, rides, pools and other ways to 'get wet.' Schlitterbahn Beach also features a restaurant, sports bar and evening entertainment during the summer season.

    Schlitterbahn Galveston

    Schlitterbahn Galveston Island, which is the world’s first ‘convertible waterpark.’ Due its ‘convertible’ nature, Schlitterbahn Galveston Island is a year around attraction. The entire park is open during the summer season, which is April through September. When the weather cools, the Wasserfest Indoor Waterpark opens for the fall and winter season (October through March).

    Barton Springs

    Located in Austin's famed Zilker Park, Barton Springs was formed when Barton Creek was dammed. Since its inception, Barton Springs has become one of the most popular swimming holes in the state. The City of Austin has operated Barton Springs as a park since 1917. Several improvements have been made to the Barton Springs "pool" over the years, but it remains a spring fed, natural water "swimming hole."

     Schlitterbahn, which is one of Corpus’ newest attractions is located on the island portion of Corpus Christi. The fourth location in the Schitterbahn Park chain across Texas, Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi is much more than just a water park. Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi features not only a ton of great rides, but also a full service hotel, the Veranda Restaurant, a golf club and tennis courts, making it as close to an all-inclusive resort as can be found along the Texas Gulf Coast.
