St. Patrick's Day is March 17 and DFW knows how to celebrate. Festivals, food, music, runs and more. Plan now because the big Dallas St. Patty's Day Parade is on Saturday, March 19th for 2015.
Dallas St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival
What the heck? I'm hearing that the 2016 St. Patty's Day celebration happens AFTER St. Patty's Day. That's just weird. Dallas does weird things sometimes. Oh well.
It's a Dallas tradition and the 39th anniversary! Well, it was a tradition since 1979. But it's being updated, rebranded, and probably will be bigger and better than ever. This year the parade takes place on St. Patrick's Day -- Saturday, March 19, 2016. It's fun for the entire family but it turns into an all-day/night party for adults.
St. Patrick's Day Winery, Chocolate, Cheese, Pizza and Jazz Tour is set for Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 5:30-10:00 p.m. and presented by Dallas by Chocolate.
This is the perfect way to make someone's Irish eyes smile....or a great getaway for you and your girl or guy friends! The wine will start flowing at Two Corks and a Bottle, along with pizza and a cheeseboard. Then ease onto a private luxury bus for more merry-making as you tour several chocolate spots including Kate Weiser Chocolate and Dude, Sweet Chocolate. Next you'll end up at a venue for great jazz.
Price includes bus transportation, food and drink at the winery, beverages on the bus (you can also bring your own), desserts at chocolate venues and tour guide who is one of Dallas' top food experts. Tickets available at www.dallasbychocolate.com
Cost: $59 per person.
