Opened in 2005, the St. James's Club Morgan Bay -- formerly part of the Almond Resorts but now part of the Elite Island Resorts chain -- is located on St. Lucia's west coast and has 340 rooms, 4 restaurants, a kids' club, and a wide variety of amenities and activities, including complementary banana-boat rides, water skiiing, and reef fishing. Resort highlights include three lighted tennis courts and access to an 18-hole golf course shared by St. Lucia's pair of Almond resorts.

Bodyholiday at LeSport

One of the only true all-inclusive therapeutic spa experiences in the Caribbean, the Bodyholiday at the Le Sport resort in St. Lucia includes a health and fitness profile and access to a full menu of activities designed to enhance body and mind, from exercise classes and yoga to golf and tennis lessons. The resort has 155 rooms, casual and gourmet dining, a scuba shop, archery range, and much, much more.

Coconut Bay

The Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa is located on St. Lucia's quiet south shore and caters to both romantic couples and families -- each in separate parts of the property. The 254-room resort has four restaurants, St. Lucia's largest water park, and the full-service Kal Mer Spa. Rooms are located in two four-story wings with balconies overlooking the ocean or gardens.

The luxurious Sugar Beach (formerly the Jalousie Plantation) enjoys picture-perfect views of St. Lucia's famous Pitons and includes a series of private guest villas, a pampering spa, dive center, and inclusive rates that cover water sports like windsurfing, sailing, and kayaking and land activities like tennis, use of the fitness center, and a schedule of daily classes and other events. A variety of meal plans is available, including an all-inclusive plan.

This romantic couples-only resort is located on beautiful Malabar Beach and offers a nice selection of inclusive activities and "sports for two." In addition to an open-air gym and water sports center, Rendezvous offers weekly golf clinics, tennis, volleyball, bike tours, and sunset cruises. Private dinners are provided in your room or on the beach as well as at the Terrace and Trysting Place restaurants. Spa services are extra, but fees are reasonable.

Sandals Grande St. Lucian

Sandals Grande St. Lucian is located on a narrow peninsula, this elegant all-inclusive is a British Colonial style resort with a beautiful pool area with swim-up lagoon rooms, and beaches overlooking both Rodney Bay and the ocean, with views all the way to Martinique. Like all Sandals resorts, there is a huge assortment of available land and water activities and multiple restaurants to choose from, including a poolside French creperie and an English pub. Guests have use of a nine-hole golf course shared by the three Sandals resorts on St. Lucia.

Sandals Regency St. Lucia

Officially the Sandals Regency Le Toc Golf Resort and Spa, this all-inclusive property is located on a lush 210-acre swath of beachfront and is home to Sandals nine-hole golf club, with greens fees including in the price of your stay. The resort has 13 classes of accommodations to choose from, topped by the posh Sunset Bluff suites with their private butler service and private pools. Dining choices include the gourmet French Le Toc.

Sandals Halcyon St. Lucia

Lagoon-style pools and the famed Pier restaurant -- which literally sits in a palm-fringed bay -- help define this all-inclusive resort. Dining options include the white-glove Italian restaurant Mario's, plus access to a total of 14 eateries at Sandals' three St. Lucia resorts. Guests also have a full array of land and water sports to choose from on-site along with golf at the Sandals Regency resort.
