In Thailand's largest city, Bangkok, the annual Thai New Year's celebration, the Songkran Festival, has taken on particular meaning in recent years for LGBT residents and visitors. This mid-April weekend is also the Songkran Bangkok Gay Circuit Party; billed as the largest-such gay celebration in Asia, it celebrates its 14th anniversary in 2019 from April 12 through 14.
Songkran Bangkok features three main nighttime events and two daytime pool parties in 2019, so if you happen to be in Bangkok for this special holiday and want to experience the biggest LGBT event of the season, make sure to book tickets online in advance so you can enjoy all three days of fun.

Schedule of Events at Songkran 2019
Songkran Bangkok 2019 is a GCircuit-produced event consisting of three days of parties starting off with an opening party called "Heaven on Earth" on Friday night at GMM Live House and Zen Event Hall featuring DJs Erick Ibiza, Isak Salazar, Alex Acosta Taki, and Louis T.
On Saturday, DJs Javy and Sun J headline the daytime "bear pool party" called "Mega Wonder Pool" from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Royal Orchid Sheraton, then guests are invited to come over to the main event, "Clone World," at the GMM Live House and Zen Event Hall from 7 p.m. until late, which features DJs Alberto Ponzo, Rosabel Herric Pu, Head and a special performance by Nikki Valentine.
Sunday closes out the event with a daytime "boy pool party" called "Wonder Pool," which runs from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Royal Orchard Sheraton and features DJs Mango and Preeda Tony and is Hosted by Pangina Heals.
This is followed by the official closing party "Aquatica" at the Centerpoint Studio from 7 p.m. until late, which features DJs Enrry Senna, Mauro Mozart, and Chu.
