Dulles Town Center Mall (Shopping in Dulles, VA)

Dulles Town Center Mall is the largest shopping and dining destination in Loudoun County, Virginia. It is located within a 554-acre mixed use development, built by Lerner Enterprises, located in the heart of the region's technology corridor. The two-level shopping mall is comprised of approximately 1.4 million square feet of retail space that includes anchor stores Nordstrom, Macy’s, Lord and Taylor, JC Penney, and Sears plus more than 185 specialty shops including the Gap, Abercrombie and Fitch, Dick's Sporting Goods, the Bombay Company, Washington Redskins Official Store, and much more.

Restaurants include Pizzeria Uno, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Red Lobster, LongHorn Steakhouse, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. A food court provides additional dining options.

Regal Dulles Town Center 10 Cinemas opened in December 2014 on the upper level of the mall between JCPenney and Sears. The 10-screen stadium theater is home to luxurious Regal King Size leather recliners and state-of-the-art sound. New dining choices opened in late 2015 including Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, Yum Crepes, and Smoothie King.  The first phase of a Park & Ride Lot  was completed on site in 2015.

The mall is located at the intersection of Virginia Routes 7 and 28, five miles from Washington Dulles International Airport. Dulles Town Center Mall is surrounded by three existing residential communities including The Remington at Dulles Town Center, Parc Dulles at Dulles Town Center and The Colonnade Townhomes, The Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Town Center Hotel, and office buildings within The Corporate Office Park at Dulles Town Center.

Nokes Plaza is an adjacent mixed-use development that is under construction.

Park & Ride Lot at Dulles Town Center

The Park and Ride is located at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Dulles Center Boulevard and serves Loudoun County Transit’s Local Bus Service Route 87X to and from the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station on the Silver Line.

It also serves Route 83, the Pacific Connector, and Route 84, the Atlantic Connector. These buses travel to the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station, with stops along Pacific and Atlantic avenues, respectively. See a map and learn more about the Metro Silver Line. 

Nokes Plaza at Dulles Town Center

Nokes Plaza is a 56,000 square foot single-story retail, office and medical mixed-use commercial development located in Dulles Town Center. The project will be comprised of dining, service and medical tenants serving the needs of residents and office users throughout the surrounding areas.
