From 2014 through 2018, the property underwent an extensive $80 million renovation that transformed it from an inward-facing enclosed mall into a collection of retail spaces with dedicated frontage on both M Street and Wisconsin Avenue. Offering everything from designer clothing to bowling, the Shops at Georgetown Park are a centerpiece and major tourist attraction for the Georgetown neighborhood, which is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Washington, D.C., known for its stylish shops, brick row houses, historic churches, and cobblestone streets. Georgetown Park is a fun place to shop with a blend of leading retailers, local boutiques, and a wide variety of restaurants. The area is also home to many cultural and historic attractions, and with more than 668 parking spaces, Georgetown Park is also home to the largest parking garage in the area. Bowling, Bocce, and Dining at Pinstripes One of the main attractions at the Shops at Georgetown Park is Pinstripes, a unique entertainment and dining concept that opened in January of 2014. Combining a blend of Italian and American cuisine, bocce courts, bowling lanes, fine wines, and live jazz music, the facility occupies 34,000 square feet of first and second-floor space of the building. Pinstripes is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and is also available for private events and parties. Retailers at Georgetown Park Other than Pinstripes, visitors can also find a variety of boutiques and name brand retail outlets at the Shops at Georgetown Park as well as a rental car company and the local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) office. The wide range of shops includes: Anthropologie & Co.DSWOlivia MacaroonWashington Sports ClubJ CrewTJ MaxxH & MForever 21 Getting to and Parking at the Shops Georgetown is not easily accessible by Metro; the best way to get to the Shops at Georgetown Park is by taking the DC Circulator Bus using the Georgetown/Union Station or the Rosslyn/Georgetown/Dupont Circle lines. Additionally, a Capital Bikeshare station is located on Wisconsin Avenue between the C & O Canal and Grace Episcopal Church if you prefer biking around the city. The parking garage, with its 668 spaces, is open 24 hours and is the largest in the area. There are two entrances, one on Potomac Street and one on Wisconsin Avenue. Rates are $11 for one hour, $16 for two hours. The Shops at Georgetown Park are located at 3222 M Street (NW at Wisconsin and M Street) in Washington, D.C.
