About the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts

Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts opened in 1975. About 200 performances, festivals, and events are offered annually. Performances take place in the 853-seat Virginia G. Piper Theater and the 137-seat Stage 2 Theater and the 1,800-seat amphitheater on the grounds of the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall.
