Opened in 1991, San Antonio's Biga's on the Banks is one of the most popular dining options on the Riverwalk. It features a menu of eclectic contemporary American cuisine. Choose from a three-or four-course pre fixe menu. There's also a seasonal daily menu between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. Favorite dishes include Hill Country venison and grilled quail with tamale tart, apple-braised cabbage, grilled eggplant, and juniper sauce.
