CityCenter is home to Aria Resort, Vdara Spa and Hotel and The Mandarin Oriental. It has some of the best food food options in town so plan to visit at least a couple when you are in Las Vegas. If you are looking for something quick make sure to stop into Five50 Pizza and grab a slice or two to go.
You can try to stick to your diet but there is very little chance of that. Go ahead and indulge in the carb party as the pastas are freely flowing and the cocktails are hearty. From top to bottom this restaurant will make you want to stick around and have a good time. Yes, you must order dessert. Eat athe bar for a casual meal that can turn into a social gathering or find a table in the main dining room for the complete Carbonne experience.
Don't waste your time looking for better pizza on the Las Vegas strip because the product coming out of the oven at Five 50 Pizza bar is spectacular. The restaurant is great for a full blown meal but the take out counter is exactly what you need for a late night snack or a quick bite when in the sports book. This is the ideal meal before the nightclub or just before dinner.
It;s French and it is quite fantastic. Stay away from the big entrees and settle in on the first and second courses such as the duck wings, the foie gras parfait and the bone marrow.
Sage at ARIA Resort at CityCenter
I'm not sure if I like the scallops or the Absinthe more. The cocktails are impressive and the atmosphere at Sage always makes me want to linger longer. Everything about this restaurant makes it one of the best in Las Vegas.
Javier's at Aria Las Vegas
Roll yourself a taco and then have 2 margaritas. The shrimp ranchero is brilliant and the jalapeno margarita is a new favorite snack of mine.
Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA Resort
Beef done exactly as it should be. I'll tell you that this restaurant is a cross between a romantic spot and an ultra lounge that sets you up for a night on the town. Either way the atmosphere and the food will make you happy.
Julian Serrano at ARIA Resort
Tapas and Paella. I like lunch here but dinner is a good option for a casual yet nice pre nightlife meal.
Tetsu Las Vegas
Get yourself up to the Teppan table and watch the chef create a masterpiece right in front of you There is a lot less showmanship and more fine dining at Tetsu and that is precisely why you'll enjoy it.
Crepes, sandwiches, salads and chocolate from the pastry chef of all pastry chefs. Located on the casino level in a visually stunning space right off the casino floor.
Japanese Cuisine located near the main registration desk at Aria Resort

Blossom at ARIA Resort at CityCenter
The room and the staff are incredibly inviting and you'll feel right at home. It's as though my comfortable neighborhood Chinese Restaurant got dressed up and decided to be more daring with their menu.
Pool Cafe offering healthy and fresh gourmet cuisine located poolside on the promenade level. It can be a little on the expensive side considering you are only getting average food at best. The drinks are good, but once again you will pay a premium for good taste but very little alcohol.
Lemongrass at ARIA Resort at CityCenter
Modern Thai Cuisine located on the Casino Level that will impress you with its authenticity. Don't over order and remember that sometimes spicy can be too uncomfortable.
Hotel Cafe with breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual setting located in the casino near the guest elevators.
