Redskins Training Camp occurs each July and August at Redskins Park in Richmond, Virginia. During the first few weeks of practice, fans are invited to see the Washington Redskins in action on the practice field. For diehard Redskins' fans, training camp practices may not contain the same excitement of a game, but they can provide a special opportunity to get up close and personal with players.

Bring a comfortable lawn chair or blanket with you and get settled. Practices last between 90 minutes and two hours. After each practice, fans may have the opportunity to get autographs and take photos of their favorite players. Training camp also features the Redskins Richmond Passport Program, which focuses on bringing travelers to Richmond-area businesses with Redskins Special Offers that are unique to each venue.

Unlike scheduled NFL games, practice sessions can be canceled without notice, so be sure to check the updated schedule if you plan to visit. Admission is free, but registration is required. You can get your training camp pass online at the Redskins' website.
