Trafalgar offers Family Experiences tours to destinations such as the American Southwest, Costa Rica, South Africa and Europe.
These tours are geared toward families, but younger travelers may go on Trafalgar's other trips. Children must be at least five years old to go on a land tour and eight years old to go on a river cruise. Children under five are not permitted.

Trafalgar has a room matching service that will pair you with a roommate of the same gender.
If you use this service, you won’t pay a single supplement. Occasionally, Trafalgar discounts its single supplement or waives it altogether.

You should assume transatlantic airfare is extra unless you are buying a land and air package. You can book your air travel through Trafalgar if you wish.
You are responsible for acquiring any required travel visas for your trip. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the date your trip ends.
Trafalgar offers themed tours, such as “WWI and WWII Battlefields,” which visits cities and battlefields in Europe, and ”Edwardian Lords and Ladies including Downton Abbey,” a five day trip to several locations in England where the "Downton Abbey" television series was filmed.
You may bring a folding wheelchair on most Trafalgar tours, but you will also need to bring an able-bodied companion to assist you.
