Just two blocks north of the Inner Harbor at Market Place and Water St. sits Power Plant Live!, a collection of bars, clubs, restaurants, and even arts attractions.

While some of the restaurants are open for lunch, as is Port Discovery, the children's museum, after dark Power Plant Live! turns into a night-spot populated generally by the 21-30-year-old crowd.
