Valet Parking at Horseshoe Casino Cleveland
Horseshoe Casino Cleveland offers valet parking for all guests. The valet entrance is located across the street from the casino at the casino garage on Ontario Street. Valet parking is free for Seven Stars and Diamond guests.

Self Parking at the Casino
The Horseshoe Casino garage, located across Ontario Street from the casino in the former May's Department store garage space, offers 1,300 self-parking spaces for casino guests. There is also a Casino surface lot at Superior Avenue and West 3rd Street. That entrance is on West 3rd Street. This lot is connected to the casino via an enclosed, elevated walkway.
Total Rewards members park for free after 6 pm on non-event nights.
Horseshoe Casino Cleveland offers free self-parking for 24 hours to casino guests who join the Casino's Total Rewards club and track at least 30 minutes (15 Tier credits.) To get your free parking, swipe your Total Rewards card at one of the kiosks inside the casino. You'll get a validation slip to give to the parking cashier when you exit the parking lot.
You can also park for free by spending at least $25 in the casino gift shop (on non-event days.)

Tower City Parking
Located off of W. 3rd St. behind the Tower City complex, the Tower City lots offer a cheaper alternative to the casino lot if you're not planning to play the slots more than a couple of times. This lot, which is located beneath Tower City is connected to the casino, so you won't have to go outside, especially important during the sometimes harsh Cleveland winter.

Warehouse District Parking
Additional parking is available in downtown Cleveland's Warehouse District, located across Euclid and Superior Avenues from Public Square. Lots here are generally full during the day but offer more affordable parking for evening and weekend visitors.Continue to 5 of 6 below.

Cleveland Metered Parking
If you're feeling lucky (and why are you going to a casino if you don't feel lucky), you can try finding a metered parking spot along Prospect Avenue or one of the side streets surrounding the casino. Fees and parking limits vary by location.

Public Square is the hub for Cleveland's RTA public transportation system. All four rapid transit lines terminate at public square and dozens of bus lines connect the square with points all over northeast Ohio. Riding RTA is an affordable way to get to and from the casino.
