While you could gamble the night away how much fun would that be? Let's see, win a few thousand dollars while indulging in free drinks and being draped by the good-looking people. That could work. You could also try another alternative. Go to a few bars, have a decent meal and meet a ton of people. You can always squeeze in some gambling and maybe a tiny nap before heading out again. Vice Versa at Vdara Before Dinner Drink Vice Versa at Vdara Las Vegas The outdoor lounge at Vice Versa at Vdara is exactly what you need when you have to switch gears and make the most of the time you have in Las Vegas. The comfortable furniture lets you sink deep down into your comfort zone and the cocktails will lubricate your inhibitions. Find a seat near the fire pits or spread out on a larger couch and reset. You'll be drinking one of two drinks. If you are seeking a quick jolt of relaxation order the Garden Tonic. This will make you feel like you just stepped out of the spa with its refreshing flavors and delicate balance. It might be a warm weather drink but in Las Vegas, it always feels like the time is right to turn down the heat. If you need a bit more of a punch you'll ask for a Fashionably Late and allow this twist with bourbon to soothe your taste buds and soften up your palate for dinner. They do serve food at Vice Versa but you have things to do, so move one. LAGO at Bellagio Las Vegas Dinner LAGO at Bellagio Las Vegas One night in Las Vegas has to include a view of the Fountains at Bellagio but you don't have time to sit out front and wait for the show. Instead, you'll have dinner at LAGO Las Vegas and enjoy the show outside and rejoice in the culinary show inside. This Italian small plates inspired menu by Chef Julia Serrano allow for plenty of sharing and a lot of experimenting with flavors and selections. You'll definitely have to order the Pizzette because pizza should be eaten every day and this fancy rendition is out of this world. You'll be dazzled by the Polpo E Fregola Al Nero which is the candy of the sea in the form of perfectly prepared octopus. If at all possible try to get a seat on the patio because it really is hard to beat that view. If that does not happen the big windows will have to suffice. Don't worry, the view is just as good from inside. Petrossian Bar After Dinner Drink Bellagio Cocktails Since you are already at Bellagio you might as well have a drink at the resort. The truth is you might walk over to the Gardens and Conservatory to help the digestion of your massive meal or you could just drop into either Petrossian Bar or Lily Bar and Lounge. If you seek a spot to have a conversation and a classic cocktail, Petrossian will help you slow down the evening. If you seek to get the energy up your cocktail spot is Lily Bar and Lounge. Be careful, though, if you spend too much time at Lily Bar and Lounge you might not make it to a nightclub. MGM Grand Las Vegas The Nightclub for the Night Hakkasan at MGM Grand Las Vegas It is very hard to compete with Hakkasan as the all in one evening in Las Vegas. You could have dinner downstairs in a moody dining room that is sexy, sultry and seductive. The vibe is all Las Vegas as it is a cross between a restaurant in a hip hotel and a luxury lounge. Once you move your party upstairs your evening becomes about a drink in a lounge and friendly conversation in one of the many nooks that Hakassan is famous for. As the evening evolves you find a spot in a VIP booth or you walk out onto the large dance floor where the energy of the crowd pulsates through your body. The Las Vegas that you have read about is all found in this multi-level nightclub that keeps the party going on all night. Was this page helpful? Thanks for letting us know!
