Free Movies at Centennial Hills Park

As Spring returns and the temperatures grow warmer once more, Las Vegas sees the return of the numerous free movie events that dot the calendar. One of the first on the social docket is City of Las Vegas sponsored movies at Centennial Hills Park hosted by Ward 6 Councilman and former Mayoral candidate Steven Ross.

These free family movies and concerts will light up the screen and bring tunes to the night on Fridays and Saturdays throughout March and April. "Bring your family, a picnic basket and a cozy blanket to enjoy these free, fun-filled evenings with your neighbors," Ross said. Movies start at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM

Schedule of Free Summer Movies

  • March 30, 6:30 p.m. - enjoy PG-rated family movie, Kung Fu Panda 2.
  • April 20, 6:30 p.m. - watch the PG-rated family film Puss N Boots.
  • July 20th, 7:30 PM - Real life story comes to the screen as PG-rated Dolphin Tale.
  • August 3rd, 6:30 PM - Jim Henson's fan favorites return in the PG-rated The Muppets.
  • September 28th, 7:30 PM - Dr. Seuss' classic comes to life as the PG-rated The Lorax.
