After growing up in a small town west of Sydney, Molly traveled extensively in Australia, Europe, the U.S. and Latin America. She now splits her time between Mexico and Australia, and is a full-time freelance writer, specializing in sustainable, budget and vegan travel.

She has contributed to Fodor's Essential Australia Travel Guide and Insider Guides Canberra International Student Guide. She also covers lifestyle, politics and pop culture for outlets including Dazed and HelloGiggles.

Molly graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Economics. As part of her degree, she completed a year abroad at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in Mexico City, focusing on Latin American history and economic development.
