Unfortunately, there are no major amusement parks or theme parks in Mississippi now. The small Biloxi Beach Amusement Park closed in 2006 after hurricane damage. There aren't many water parks in the state either. If you are looking for roller coasters and other traditional amusement park fun, you'll have to travel elsewhere. There are a couple of family entertainment enters that offer some fun things to do as well as a a few water parks.

The outdoor adventure park is open in warmer weather and includes attractions such as inflatable water slides. Other activities include bumper cars, mini-golf, bungee jumpers, mining, and an indoor arcade.
The unique outdoor water park, which is part of the Pearl River Resort casino complex, offers nice themeing and a full-service restaurant with live entertainment. Attractions include a half-pipe ride, a wave pool, and a trio of speed slides built into the natural terrain of a 60-foot hill.
Grand Paradise Waterpark
The medium-sized outdoor water park includes a lazy river, bowl ride, interactive kids' water play area, tube slides, mat-racing slide, and body slides.
Gulf Islands Waterpark
The outdoor water park offers two uphill water coasters, tube slides, body slides, a wave pool, an interactive water play structure, and a lazy river.
The Park at North Hills
The family entertainment center offers go-karts, batting cages, mini-golf, laser tag, and arcade games. A function room is available for parties and events.
