Memphis Zoo Spring Break Camp 2016

The Memphis Zoo will hold a conservation camp that allows participants to explore the zoo in fun games, crafts and interactive experiments. Campers will learn how special the endangered animals are and what can be done to help save them from extinction. The camp will run March 7-11 and March 21-25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost per day is $40 for members and $50 for nonmembers, and per week cost is $170 for members and $199 for nonmembers. The camp is for junior kindergarten through sixth grade.

Kroc Memphis Camps

The Salvation Arm Kroc Memphis will hold spring break camps March 21-25 for children ages 5 to 12. Kroc Camps provide fun and active options for kids during spring break. The well-rounded experience gives children an option to enjoy the center. The day kicks off with Morning Rally with ice breakers, dances and games to get campers excited for the day. The rest of the day will include recreational games, racing through the challenge center, swimming, doing crafts, watching a movie on the big screen and more.

The camp is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Cost is $25 per day or $125 per five days with lunch and extended care options.

Memphis Botanic Garden

The Memphis Botanic Garden will hold Spring Break Adventure Camp March 21-24. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is for children ages 6 to 9. Children will participate in fun adventures through the garden with active, crafty and nature-based experiences. The daily themes are Fun in the Sun on Monday, Backyard Buddies on Tuesday, Wilderness Explorers on Wednesday and Plant Power on Thursday. Participants can choose individual days or all four. Members pay $30 per day or $110 for all four days.

Nonmembers pay $35 per day or $130 for all four days.

Shelby Farms Park Camp

Shelby Farms Park will hold a Spring Break Camp March 21-25. Children in grades three through six will participate in outdoor adventures, including nature hikes, canoeing, bike riding, archery and more. The camp lasts 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with aftercare available until 5:30. Cost for park members is $125 and $150 for nonmembers.

Memphis Jewish Community Center

The Memphis Jewish Community Center will hold its Camp 365, a taste of its camp programming for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. The spring break camp is available March 21-25 for $300 for members or $350 for nonmembers.

Bartlett Spring Break Camp

Bartlett will hold a spring break camp March 21-24 for children ages 5 to 12. The camp will be offered 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Singleton Community Center. Cost is $105 for one week or $30 per day.
