When families go out to eat, it can be difficult to take the whole gang. Not only can it be pricey, but parents also hesitate because some kids will have two fries while others want to order the whole menu. Thankfully, there are restaurants that have solved this problem by featuring kid meals. Added bonus? On certain days, the restaurants below even feed the kids for free. Promotions can change, call in advance to verify the special is still happening and what are the set hours.

The Bard's Town
Keep your dollars local and still take advantage of a night where kids eat free. Not only a restaurant, The Bard’s Town features live shows as well. Some of the performances may be family friendly, most aren't. On Tuesdays, the Bard offers free meals to children 10 years old and younger. You need to use this coupon and adults need to order certain menu items for the offer to be valid.

Beef O Brady's
On Tuesdays, kids 12 years old and younger eat free at Beef O Brady’s. The kids menu highlights grilled cheese, tacos, quesadillas and more. Most locations have a game room, too. Contact the location you want to visit for hours and details.

Mark’s Feed Store
Craving some barbeque? Well, gather up the family on Tuesday and head to Mark’s. That is the night kids 12 years old and younger eat free. I heard the deal is for two kids per adult meal purchased, but call your local Feed Store to find out!

Molly Malone's Irish Pub
On Monday nights, kids 12 and younger eat free at Molly Malone's in the Highlands.

Steak N Shake
Here’s one for the weekend. On Saturdays and Sundays, order a free meal from the kid’s menu for every $8 of other purchased items. With a kids menu featuring corn dogs, applesauce, grilled cheese sandwiches and more, this is a stop that appeals to most kids.

Taco Punk
Head down to trendy Market Street on Tuesday and the kids eat free! One kid meal per adult entree.

Kids eat free on Tuesdays. Up to two kid meals are offered when a full combo meal is purchased.

WW Cousins
Often called the home to the best hamburgers in Louisville, WW Cousins serves up free kids meals after 4 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays. On the kids menu, children can choose from a burger, hot dog, chicken sandwich or grilled cheese, all served with fries and a drink.

Whole Foods Market
Hosting a family night on Thursday, Whole Foods offers free kid meals from 5-7 p.m. Often, the market also features games for kids as well as live music, sure to keep the entire family entertained.
