There are quite a few hotels near the airport, and airport hotels are generally cheaper than downtown Little Rock hotels

Ground Transportation:

The ground transportation center is located on the south end of the terminal and houses counters for limousines and shuttles.

Yellow Cab (501-570-9999) services the Little Rock National Airport.

Rock Region Metro, Little Rock's public bus system, also services the airport. Bus fare is $1.35 and buses come about every 30 minutes, but route and schedule or call 501-375-1163.

Rental car companies Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty have offices in the terminal. Budget and Hertz are just near the terminal, but offer shuttle service.

Parking - Short Term:

Short term parking does not have shuttle services, because it is adjacent to the terminal. You can valet park from 4 a.m. until the last flight for $14/day. Call 501-537-1774 for valet info.

The smart park parking deck is $1.00 per 20 minutes, with a maximum daily rate of $8 and features an enclosed skybridge route to the terminal.  There is no shuttle service, but it's a short walk. Smart Park is a new high-tech parking guidance system.  Brightly colored lighting, which works off of sensors, will direct drivers to open spaces within the parking deck.

The Short-Term (East) parking lot (near ticketing lobby) is $1.00 per 20 minutes, with a maximum daily rate of $13. The Short Term (West) parking lot is $1.00 per 20 minutes, with a maximum of $13.

There is no shuttle in short term parking.

Parking - Long Term:

Shuttle services to the terminal are available for long term parking.

The Long-Term lot is $1.00 per 20 minutes with a maximum daily rate of $10.00.  A shuttle is available.

For "no-frills" parking, follow the purple signs to the Peanut Lot. It's west of the terminal and is $1.00 per 20 minutes with a maximum daily rate of $6.00. No Shuttle services and it can be quite far to walk if you've got luggage, but it can save you some money.

Restaurants and ATMs:

Outside of the security checkpoints, you can dine at Starbucks (free Wi-Fi) or River Bend Bar and Grill.

Inside the checkpoints, you can dine at Starbucks, Great American Bagel, Burger King, Pizza hut or Quiznos. If you're looking for a more local experience, try Whole Hog BBQ, Andina's Coffee and Bagels, Ouachita Brew House (full service bar and microbrewery), Ouachita Landing (sit down restaurant) or Yarnell's Ice Cream.  Just beware that the Whole Hog in the airport isn't as delicious as the Whole Hog restaurants around town.
