Las Vegas Gay Bathhouses

Only Two Spa Clubs in the Vegas Area

Although there are a number of LGBT-friendly attractions in the Las Vegas area, there are only two gay bathhouses with saunas, gyms, and private rooms that cater to gay men: Entourage Vegas and Hawks Gym. Both membership-only clubs are located in the Historic Commercial Center District on East Sahara Avenue in central Las Vegas.

Just a three-mile drive north from the Strip or south from the downtown Fremont hotels, these centrally-located 24-hour private clubs are easy to reach and fairly close to many of the major gay bars and nightlife spaces as well as many major major casino resorts. A membership is about $20 for six months or you can get a daily membership, and there is a fee on top of that for either a locker or a room.

If gay bathhouses aren't really your scene, you can also head out to Lake Mead National Park, which features a gay-friendly nude beach. It is just under 30 minutes outside of Las Vegas. Although there are no amenities on site, this semi-private beach makes for a great escape from the city where you can still meet and socialize with other gay men.

Entourage Vegas

Formerly known as the Apollo Spa, Entourage Vegas Bathhouse boasts it is "Las Vegas' only gay bathhouse since 1994," and features a large, expansive complex styled after ancient Roman bathhouses.

Facilities at Entourage include a gym and exercise equipment, heated indoor pool, two oversized jacuzzis, a half-sized Olympic pool, sauna, steam room, playroom, dark room, 69 private dressing rooms, two locker rooms, free Wi-Fi, a snack cafe, a smoking room, group or private showers, a convenience store, several television rooms, and a large-screen viewing room.

Weekly events offer special discounts to different groups of gay and bi men, depending on the day of the week, and include Boy’s Night Mondays (25 and under), "Bears Night" Tuesdays, Wise Wednesdays (over 40), and Over 40 Social Sundays (40 and over). Discount room rates are offered to all members and non-members on these days, as well, but there are no specials on Fridays and Saturdays, the busiest nights at Entourage.

Hawk's Gym

Hawks Gym is a bit more compact than Entourage, which its fans tend to like because it's a bit easier to meet other guys here and it rarely feels sparsely populated, which is a common complaint about Entourage.

Since 2002, when Hawks Gym first opened, owner and operator Randy Lange has dedicated his life to creating a safe and clean environment for gay, bisexual, and bi-curious men to socialize while working on their overall health and fitness.

At more than 6,500 square feet, it's still a pretty big place with lots of dark corners and fun passageways to explore, and this sauna has been regularly updated and renovated over the years, making its state-of-the-art equipment far superior to Entourage's basic gym.

There's a boutique selling sex supplies, toys, lube, and other goodies, and inside you'll find clean and modern showers, a steam room, a dungeon, a game room, weights and gym equipment, a cedar sauna, a dark room, and 23 private "dressing" rooms.

Well-attended events include two-for-one buddy nights, jockstrap fetish parties, and a variety of special holiday parties and other gatherings. Hawks Gym has a second location in Portland, Oregon.
