Jennifer has been involved in journalism for most of her life, starting out as a documentary researcher in the BBC’s factual department. After a life-changing two years spent traveling in Asia, she decided to become a full-time travel writer. Since then she has written about travel for publications including Guardian Travel, Fodor’s Travel, Culture Trip, London Evening Standard, and more. She has been writing for Trip Savvy since 2019.
When not at home in Cambridge, Jennifer loves to explore the U.K.’s most beautiful coastal spots, especially Cornwall, Dorset, and North Norfolk. She can usually be found swimming in the sea, surfing, or hiking.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Sheffield and a Masters degree in Global Ethics and Human Values from King's College London.
