Jazz in the Park - Little Rock Riverfront Park

What:

The Jazz in the Park series is a series of free weekly concerts will held each Wednesday night in April and September from 6:00 to 8:00 at the History Pavilion in Riverfront Park.

No coolers are allowed, but beer and wine are available for sale. A portion of the beer and wine proceeds will benefit Sculpture at the River Market.

Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome and there will also be seating available at the amphitheater.

Jazz in the Park is partnering with Art Porter Music Education again this year.  Art Porter Music Education, Inc. (APME) continues its mission of keeping the musical legacies of local jazz statesman Art Porter, Sr. and his son, renowned saxophonist Art Porter, Jr. alive with community enrichment opportunities, volunteerism, and the awarding of scholarships. Through music, APME works to enhance education by helping students improve reading, language and mathematical skills.

Where:

The concerts are at the History Pavilion in Riverfront Park.  The History Pavilion in Riverfront Park is just west of the First Security Amphitheater. The closest entry point is on Ottenheimer Dr. off of President Clinton Avenue.
