The Sakura Matsuri is the biggest Japanese street party in the nation. Visitors enjoy live entertainment, Japanese cuisine, and a Japanese Marketplace. The annual Washington, DC event is sponsored by the Japan America Society and many families participate dressed in authentic attire.
