Seattle Events Calendar - January 2018

Things to do, Concerts, Shows and More

After the hoopla of the holiday season, Seattle’s January event lineup cools off a bit from previous months. Gone are the endless bazaars and holiday happenings, but there are still plenty of concerts, shows and other happenings to help you start the year off right. There are also a few events to help you ring in the New Year, including polar bear plunges and dives (i.e. jumping into the freezing cold Puget Sound or a local lake with a group of people)!

If you missed the many Christmas lights displays and ice skating rinks in the area during the holidays, many stay open into the first week of January. Sure, it’s a little out of season, but the crowds are often (but not always) much lighter so it’s not actually a bad time to enjoy these attractions!
