About Inner Space
At Inner Space they feel being relaxed, recharged, and refreshed are fundamental to our well-being and individual success.
Inner Space first appears to be a tiny shop on a side road off the busy shopping drag of Neal Street in Covent Garden, but enter and you will discover a calm and tranquil setting.
There is always gentle music playing to help you forget your worries and after visiting the bookshop full of personal development reading, step into the Quiet Room and give yourself time and space to relax and reflect.
The Quiet Room is open during shop hours and is such a little-known gem that you'll often get it all to yourself. Use of this haven is completely free.
But that's not all Inner Space offers for free. Read on...
