Lansdowne Celebrates America – July 1, 2018. 44050 Woodridge Parkway, Leesburg, VA. It's an annual tradition to hang out on the resort’s back lawn, playing games, trying Loudoun County beer and wine, and watching a spectacular fireworks show. Be sure to arrive when the doors open at 6 p.m. as tables and spots on the grassy areas are first come, first served only. There will be food and drink for sale on-site. No outside coolers are alcohol will be permitted. Tickets cost $25 for adults, $10 for kids between the ages of 4 and 12, and the event is free for kids ages three and under.
Jack Rose Annual “AmeriCAN DrinkDependence Day” – July 1, 2018. This bar in Adams Morgan offers an expansive open-air rooftop terrace with a great view of the National Mall fireworks, and each year it puts on a beer-centric 4th of July celebration and rooftop viewing party. The terrace opens early at 3 p.m., serving $4 Flying Dog cans and $5 drafts until the fireworks end.
July 4th Fireworks Cruise on the Odyssey - July 4, 2018. Enjoy 360 views of Washington DC’s fireworks spectacular from the water aboard the glass enclosed Odyssey. Climate-controlled, and featuring a wrap around deck, guests are invited to enjoy the show no matter what the weather is while indulging in a seated prix fixe dinner.
