Ice Skating in the Albuquerque Area

Find a rink and grab your skates!

Ice skating is a fun activity that can be enjoyed in Albuquerque all year round. The local skating rinks offer public skating sessions as well as private lessons, for beginners all the way through to more advanced skaters. Hockey lovers can find a program and join a team. Find a rink near you and enjoy this winter sport whether you're a beginner or good enough to own your own skates.

Looking for indoor winter sports? Visit a bowling alley and enjoy a few games. Or find an indoor game and entertainment center, where you can win prizes or see movies. Indoor centers are also places to take the little ones for indoor playground experiences like tumbling.

The small rink of white plastic is surrounded by evergreen trees and bales of hay. Christmas music plays while Skaters enjoy the ice. The ice rink is for children and adults and is free for those who bring skates. Those who don't can rent them for a small fee.
