Take the Whole Family to the Howard County Fair

The Howard County Fair is an American tradition of good, wholesome fun including livestock exhibits, carnival rides and games, musical entertainment, educational demonstrations, and an animal petting zoo. The Howard County Fair hosts daily horse shows, pony rides, tractor pulls, and livestock competitions. Popular contests include the Pretty Baby Contest, Talent Show and Cow Milking Contest.​

Fair Hours

Amusement Rides & Games
Saturdays and Sunday: Noon - 11 p.m.
Monday through Friday: 2 p.m. - 11 p.m.

“Kids and Critters” Barn Hours:
10:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Closed from 2-4 p.m.)
Pig Races - Noon, 3 p.m., 6 p.m., & 8 p.m.
Bingo Hall - Opens Daily at 6 p.m.
Pony Rides - 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

$5 per person, ages 10 and up
Children under 10 years old admitted FREE
$2 for Seniors
Armed Forces Day – Saturday, August 8, Free admission with a valid Military I.D. (includes spouse & children under 18)
Senior Day – Tuesday, August 11, Age 62 & Older enter FREE all day
