The hospitals and medical services in Bali, Indonesia are extremely advanced, with air ambulances, multilingual staff, and specialists in difficult emergency disciplines all represented on the island. Foreigners tend to turn to one of six hospitals on Bali, the main one being the government facility at Sanglah, Denpasar. To reach emergency services from anywhere in Bali, you can dial two emergency numbers: 118 for ambulance services, and 112 for operator-assisted general emergency services.
Sanglah Hospital

Sanglah Hospital is Bali's main public facility. Despite its public status, Sanglah is well-equipped, with an International Wing ready to serve tourists. Sanglah's doctors handle the island's most difficult and critical cases.

BIMC Hospital

Founded as a clinic in 1998, BIMC Hospital expanded into a full-service medical facility, with six consultation rooms, 31 hospital beds, an operating theater, and four intensive-care beds. The BIMC fleet is equipped with three ambulances and a first-response emergency motorbike.

Toya Medika Clinic
