Holly C Corbett's believes that the best way to explore a new place is to 'get lost,' meaning to spend some time wandering around your destination without any set agenda. She's been to all seven continents and has encircled the globe twice—once on a ship during a study abroad program called Semester at Sea, and once while backpacking with her two friends during a year-long, global adventure. Now that she has two little ones in tow—a three-year old son and a 18-month old daughter—she is focusing her travels on this big, beautiful country. She lives in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Holly C Corbett is a lifestyle and travel blogger at HollyCorbett.com and LostGirlsWorld.com. She is also co-author of the travel memoir The Lost Girls: Three friends. Four continents. She is a magazine writer and editor for national outlets such as TravelChannel.com, Redbookmag.com, Shape.com, MensFitness.com, USA Today, Seventeen, and Woman's Day, among others.
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
