Hall is an art historian and the founder of less than half, an art criticism website covering the solo shows and goings-on of women artists in New York City.

Previously, Hall served as the Warshawsky Fellow at the Cleveland Museum of Art. She has also worked at the Marina Abramovic Institute and the Rosenberg & Co. Gallery. 

Education

Hall holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in the history of art, from Yale and the Courtauld Institute of Art respectively.
