Grimaldi's Pizza Las Vegas

I can probably eat about two personal size pizzas in one sitting even if I don’t love the pizza place. At Grimaldi’s, after 2 pies I considered one more. Either I was very hungry or someone in the kitchen is doing something right.

What it’s like at Grimaldi’s Pizza Las Vegas?
Just upstairs from the casino at the Palazzo hotel, Grimaldi’s is serving a pretty decent pizza in a casual, friendly atmosphere. The affordable food option that does not include a food court has been found at Grimaldi’s Pizza. The dining room is open and inviting and you‘ll feel just as comfortable with your family as you would with a date. (Don’t get crazy and think this is a date restaurant though, it’s a pizza joint) There is a bar up front and the truth is you could sit back and have a few cocktails and a pie before a night out in Las Vegas and you would feel good about it.

You know how sometimes you just don’t feel like getting all fancy before you hit the clubs or see a show? Grimaldi’s Pizza is that place where you’ll have a casual meal that won’t cost you a lot of money and you‘ll get a quality meal.

How’s the food at Grimaldi’s Pizza Las Vegas?
There is a reason why plenty of people in Brooklyn will tell you that Grimaldi’s is at the top of their list for pizza.

If you are a fan of New York Style Pizza you’re in luck because you can have it in Las Vegas.

What you should try at Grimaldi’s Pizza Las Vegas:

  • Pizza! They do it well. New York style thin crust with a little more life down the middle. You’ll be able to fold it over but it won’t be a soggy mess. They have all the quality ingredients and you’ll be exited regardless if you go straight cheese or load it up with everything.
  • The white pizza is where it’s at for me and of course I’ll need a little extra garlic. The crust has just enough char to get you that smoky flavor but not so much that you’ll be offended by a burnt pie.
  • Antipasto - They are pitting out some quality ingredients so you might as well taste those peppers and olives. One pizza and the antipasto and you’ll be happy. Go small.
