Lo and Sons O.G. Carry-on Bag
Pack your bags!
I feel as if I've spent most of my adult life looking for the perfect piece of luggage. As a regular travel you need different baggage for different trips. I must have a large purse of tote bag to carry my personal items like wallet, small electronics and other sundry items. For short trips, I need a roller board suitcase that fits into an overhead bin and has a slot for my MacBook Pro. If the trip is longer, I need a piece of luggage with wheels with compartments and pockets to carry everything I need.
So I took to Pinterest for baggage inspiration. Below are seven pieces you may want to consider for your next luggage purchase that I've posted on my board, "About.com Travel - Luggage and Carry-ons."
Could this be the perfect carry-on bag?
The O.G. bag from Lo and Sons is my pick for the perfect carry-on bag (and doubles as a gym bag). I took an overnight trip to London to visit United Airlines' lounges at the new Terminal 2 at London Heathrow Airport. This trip wasn't long enough to justify bringing a roller board, so I carried my O.G. bag, which was large enough to hold a change of clothes, an extra pair of shoes (this pocket is handy) and toiletries -- with room to spare.Continue to 2 of 7 below.

Best Carry-on Bags for Kids
Don't forget the kids when it comes to luggage
My pre-teen daughter is already a world traveler with her own set of luggage. Kids have different needs than adults, so in this "Best Carry-on Bags for Kids" pin, the Pit Stops for Kids blog recommends three bags: the Eagle Creek FlipSwitch wheeled roller board that converts to a backpack; the Crumpler Spring Peeper, a sturdy, well-constructed roller bag that features multiple organizational panels and pockets; and the L.L. Bean Adventure Duffle, which features skateboard wheels and multiple compartments that let you separate clean clothes from dirty, or shoes from clothing via two large mesh sections.Continue to 7 of 7 below.

Could Fugu be the only luggage you need?
Fugu is a convertible suitcase that was successfully funded on Kickstarter. Using it as a carry-on bag, its dimensions are 20.4 inches long by 15.3 inches wide. But when it's opened to its full size, it's 20.4 inches long by 15.3 inches wide by 29.5 inches high. The Fugu can be used as a portable stand and has built in removable shelves to store clothing and shoes in its full size.
