The Future of the Park:

Rumors have surfaced in recent years about the possibility that the City of Santa Clara would sell the land the park is on as part of Santa Clara's continued urban development. Park officials told supporters last week that even if that happened, they would buy the land and keep the park active. For more, check out this story on the Mercury News.
