The Graham Georgetown (the former Hotel Monticello) is a luxury hotel, located in the heart of Georgetown, was renovated and rebranded in April 2013. Nineteenth-century telephone-inventor Alexander Graham Bell inspired the new design for the hotel which blends the old and new to offer guests a refined experience. Dining and Cocktail Lounges
A.G.B. - located just below the lobby, the restaurant and lounge is 1,000 square feet with 48 seats (standing 60+). Open for breakfast and dinner daily Monday – Sunday 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
The Observatory - The 3,000 square feet rooftop lounge has 80 seats (standing can accommodate 149) and offers panoramic views of Washington DC — the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, The Washington Monument, historic Georgetown, across the scenic Potomac River, as well as a view of the Rosslyn skyline. Open Monday- Thursday 4 p.m. –midnight, Friday 2p.m. – 2 a.m., Saturday 11a.m. – 2 a.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. - midnight.
The Alex - The intimate cocktail lounge features a cozy, modern twist on the early 20th Century ‘Steam-Punk’ aesthetic.
Notable features include a twenty-foot brass pipe ceiling installation that includes crystal decanter light fixtures, multi-tiered seating and sumptuous fabrics and privacy drapes creating intimate parlor areas for guests to enjoy. While The Alex menu will offer breakfast and evening small plates, the lounge will specialize in offering highly imaginative craft cocktails, fine spirit concoctions and fine wines.
All dining areas are available for rental for private parties, weddings, photo shoots and filming.
The Graham Georgetown has 57 guest rooms, including 30, 450+ square-foot, suite accommodations - all decorated with chromatic accents and cozy, modern furnishings. In the oversized suite bathrooms, guests bask in classical lighting amidst white marble and stone-tile mosaic decor. Dark wood vanities, fine Bvlgari products, and plush robes and slippers complete the spa-like experience.
