    Cocktails for Dad

    Oak & Smoke Cocktail Recipe
    Stingray Sushi

    Stingray Sushi offered this recipe to celebrate Dads. It's the Oak & Smoke cocktail, a variation of a the Whiskey Sour, mixing bourbon, lemon juice and honey with the zesty flavors of ginger liqueur and bitters topped with a smoking cinnamon stick.

    Oak & Smoke
    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Basil Hayden Bourbon
    • .5 oz Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur
    • .75 oz Lemon Juice
    • .75 oz Honey Syrup
    • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

    Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel and charred cinnamon stick.
