If you're visiting the nation's capital during Easter, there are plenty of fun events, parades, and activities around the area for you and your family to enjoy.
On Easter weekend and also during the weeks leading up to the holiday, you can expect to find some great brunches, egg hunts, and plenty of opportunities to see the Easter Bunny in person. While most egg hunts and "Eggstravaganza" celebrations take place over Easter weekend, many do take place a week or two before Easter Sunday. Keep in mind that some of these egg hunts are BYOB (bring your own basket).
