The buffet features brunch staples such as eggs benedict, frittata, beef short-rib hash, French toast, and pastries. Carving station highlights include peppercorn-crusted albacore tuna and beef tri-tip with horseradish sauce and red wine jus. There's also a section specifically for kid-friendly foods. If you want an Easter Brunch in Vancouver that is over-the-top in its lavishness, look no further than one of the excellent restaurants at Vancouver's top hotels. Dockside at the Granville Island Hotel will be offering a diverse buffet of continental favorites, meats (slow-roasted New York strip and brown sugar and dijon-crusted Berkshire ham), a chilled seafood tower, cheese and charcuterie, quiches, croque monsieur, truffle macaroni and cheese, and the list continues.

Pat Quinn's Restaurant & Bar
Pat Quinn's, named after the legendary Vancouver hockey player whose memorabilia adorns the walls of this Delta haunt, is a mix between sports grill and sophisticated steakhouse. It'll be offering one of the most diverse brunch buffets in town on Easter Sunday, featuring a carving station, eggs Benedict, wild British Columbian salmon, vegetable korma, Belgian waffles, and pulled pork macaroni and cheese. Seatings will be between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. It costs $43 per adult and $21.50 per child. Reservations are required and can be made online.
In Surrey, the Guildford Hotel lounge known for its international flavors and live entertainment will be serving up an expansive buffet of salads, chilled seafood, cured meats, made-to-order omelettes, dim sum, roasted leg of lamb, beef sirloin with Yorkshire puddings, and more. Easter brunch will take place on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in its sleek and modern dining room, exactly what you would expect from a hotel lounge. It costs $55 per adult, $50 for seniors, and $7 for kids between the ages of 5 and 12. Children 4 and under eat for free.
The Teahouse in Stanley Park
For a quintessential Vancouver experience, kick off your holiday with a stroll in the city's beloved Stanley Park, stopping for a bite to eat at The Teahouse. While the dreamy lakehouse-esque restaurant hasn't released any sort of Easter-specific menus or schemes, it does offer one of the most popular brunches in town year-round. The all-glass dining room, complete with a fireplace and even a glass roof, offers wonderful views of the park and the water. The Teahouse's brunch favorites include crab cake Benedict, duck confit and waffles, New York strip and eggs, fish and chips, and avocado toast. Mimosas and Prosecco spritzers are also available. Menu items are ordered a la carte for $15 to $45. Brunch will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
