There's nothing quite like fresh produce, whether you're eating a fresh peach, with its juice running down your chin, or cooking up a feast heavy on vegetables and want the freshest possible produce. Californians enjoy a bounty in many ways thanks to the state they live in, and one of those is having fresh local produce available most or all of the year. In the East Bay, there's an abundance of farmers markets. Almost regardless of what day of the week it is, you can find at least one market to buy your fresh produce; Monday is currently the only exception. All of these farmers' markets operate year-round unless noted.
