1. Seaview Avenue and East 104th Street Brooklyn 11236 Directions: Take the Belt Parkway to Rockaway Parkway Exit. Stay on Rockaway Parkway going north till Seaview Avenue. Right turn onto Seaview Avenue. Stay straight on Seaview Avenue and pull over just before East 104th Street.
2. Red Hook Bay Street - Between Hicks Street and Henry Street; Facing Henry Street Directions: Atlantic Avenue to Court St, stay on Court past the elevated highway two blocks to Bay Street. Make right on Bay Street and go two blocks. Road Test area is between Hicks and Henry Streets.
3. Starrett City On Flatlands Avenue - Between Pennsylvania Avenue and Van Siclen Avenue facing Van Siclen Avenue. Directions: Take the Belt Parkway to Pennsylvania Avenue. Stay on Pennsylvania to Flatlands Avenue. Turn right onto Flatlands. Road test area is between Van Siclen and Pennsylvania Avenues.
