Opening in 1998, the Cumberland was Nashville's first new residential development in downtown Nashville in many years and paved the way for the downtown living. It is located right in the middle of downtown Nashville, right next to the Nashville library and offers a traditional setting with a touch of contemporary features thrown in. The Cumberland also offers rental rates to those who aren't ready to purchase.
