With thrilling rides like the Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and the family appeal of Toy Story Mania, Disney's Hollywood Studios offers something for everyone. If you want to get the most out of your visit, be sure to arrive at the Studios early — or you could miss out on some of the best attractions. Thankfully, Disney offers many choices for resort guests visiting Hollywood Studios, so you can arrive on time and in style.

Tip: Can't get enough of the Studios? Consider staying at a nearby resort like Disney's Boardwalk Inn, Yacht and Beach Club, Swan, or Dolphin resorts and arrive by boat or on foot.

Travel By Bus

You can board a bus at any Disney Resort or theme park, and travel to Disney's Hollywood Studios. The bus will deposit you right at the Studios' entrance, so you won't have to worry about parking or taking the tram. Be aware that your bus may make multiple stops, so allow plenty of time to arrive at your destination. The bus is free and is available one hour before the park opens, and several hours after closing, so you can stay and play all day, and still take the bus to your resort.

Warning: You do have to fold your stroller and carry babies to ride the bus.

Travel By Car

Follow the signs to the parking area, and park where directed. If you are not staying at a Disney resort, you will have to pay a fee for parking.

Once you park, Disney's Hollywood Studios offers two options for traveling from your car to the entrance gate. You can take the tram, or you can walk. If you are parked on the far right-hand side, and the walkway is in sight, use the walkway to arrive at the entrance quickly. If you can't see the walkway from your car, it is better to take the tram.

It is a short ride, and you will exit right in front of the park entrance.

Warning: You do have to fold up your stroller and carry babies to ride the parking tram to and from the Hollywood Studios parking lot.

Travel By Boat

Guests staying at nearby resorts, including the Yacht and Beach Club, can travel to Hollywood Studios by boat and ride to the park in comfort. The boat will deposit you right at the park entrance, you will not have to take the tram to enter the park. This is an excellent option if the weather is good, and if you see a boat approaching. However, if you arrive as a boat is departing, you may have to wait up to a half an hour or longer for the next one.
