TripSavvy's fact-checking There are many (many!) places to eat at Disney Springs, which is the huge dining, shopping, and entertainment center at Walt Disney World. So many, in fact, you would have a difficult time perusing them all, checking out menus, and trying to decide where you and your gang might want to have your meal. That's why we've done the perusing for you and narrowed the choices down to what we consider to be the 12 best restaurants. 01 of 12 Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Todd Anderson View Map Address 1602 E Buena Vista Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, USA Get directions Phone +1 407-560-0100 Web Visit website A Florida native, Chef Art Smith serves homestyle Florida dishes at his restaurant, including deviled eggs, shrimp & grits, and probably the region’s best fried chicken. While the comfort food here is not for the diet-conscious, there are healthful options such as salads, sides, and grilled proteins. There are plenty of moonshine choices (with some available on tap!). For dessert, try the decadent shine cake, a lemon poppyseed butter cake soaked in moonshine syrup. 02 of 12 Raglan Road Courtesy of Disney At this Irish pub and restaurant, you can expect traditional favorites such as fish & chips and shepherd’s pie, as well as some singular choices like Scallop Forest, an appetizer that could easily serve as an entrée. The upbeat pub ambiance includes live singing and dancing. As you might expect, there is a generous selection of Irish brews available along with specialty cocktails. Peking duck, dim sum, and sushi are all available as are intriguing options such as portobello mushroom fries and Morimoto poke salad with tuna, salmon, apples, and pears. Or, go for the tonkotsu ramen, considered the best in Orlando. Morimoto Asia is one of many Disney Springs restaurants operated by the Patina Restaurant Group. You can order a variety of bocadillos (sandwiches served on crusty bread) here, including the bikini de jamón and queso—a pressed sandwich made with Serrano ham and Manchego cheese. If you have an insane appetite (or a couple of buddies to share your sandwich), you might want to try the pepito ternera. The 16-inch sandwich is packed with flat iron steak, caramelized onion, cheese, mayonnaise, and roasted green peppers on to-die-for bread. 07 of 12 Wolfgang Puck’s Bar & Grill Courtesy of Disney View Map Address 1514 E Buena Vista Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, USA Get directions Phone +1 407-815-2100 Web Visit website The famous California-based celebrity chef has long had an outpost at Disney’s dining, shopping, and entertainment complex. To round out your meal, consider ordering the housemade carrot cake or the Spanish cheesecake, topped with raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries. 08 of 12 Enzo’s Hideaway View Map Address 1560 E Buena Vista Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, USA Get directions Phone +1 407-560-3696 Web Visit website Cleverly themed as a Prohibition-era speakeasy, Enzo’s Hideaway is located inside a former access tunnel for Downtown Disney. Italian fare is the name of the game here; menu items include eggplant parmesan, roast chicken paired with polenta and fontina, and Pasta Della Nonna, which combines rigatoni, short ribs, and meatball and sausage in a Pomodoro sauce. The cocktails are delightful, and you’ll want to save room for the cannoli. Continue to 9 of 12 below. 09 of 12 Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante Courtesy of Disney There are more hearty dishes to try at Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante, located above Enzo's Hideaway. Serving up Sicilian-style pasta made fresh on the premises, this traditional Italian restaurant offers entrées such as lasagne Bolognese and chicken parmesan. The salmon, which is served with broccolini and a salt-baked potato, is especially good. It's recommended that you make reservations in advance. The Southern Pig sandwich slathers tangy mustard BBQ sauce and mayonnaise on pulled pork and fennel-apple slaw, while the prime brisket sandwich piles on pimento cheese, pickled jalapeños, and crispy onions. Sides include sweet potato tots, BBQ waffle fries, crispy Brussel sprouts, and grilled street corn. Don't forget the bourbon (of which there is an impressive variety). 12 of 12 Chicken Guy! at Disney Springs Courtesy of Disney View Map Address 1506 E Buena Vista Dr Suite A, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, USA Get directions Phone +1 407-560-8180 Web Visit website That’s Chicken Guy, as in Food Network star and chef-dude, Guy Fieri.
